Need more info on what these sites actually provide. I assume, with the proper wording on your website they allow you to attract potential clients who are looking for something specific when they use Google. "Stength and Conditioning" or "Knee Rehab" allowing your site to rise higher and higher on the Google site retrivel list?

Hello Charles, Digg.com is a social media bookmark site. When ever you find a cool video, web page or blog you can save it in a special folder which attach tags to it. The tags act as categories. Anyway, when you add the proper "zing key words to your description and submit to Digg.com the zing word as I use "San Diego Personal Trainer will get indexed and boost the Somagenesis listings on Google pages. If you do a Google search you using the key word phrase "San Diego personal trainer you will see many pages about Somagenesis under numerous web sites. This creates branding and vistors will assume Somagenesis is credible with extra exposure on the internet. As is Somagenesis.com has links and anchor links on 16, 100 pages across the internet. This is what Oxana and I have been doing Friday Sat and Sun for the past 2 years. Major SEO (search engine optimization) Hope I didn't confuse you!
